EPS sandwich panel, we have EPS, PU and rock wool core. the core thickness we have 50mm, 75mm, 100mm.

A. Low heat conductivity coefficient, sound insulation, heat insulation. PU is comprised of thousands of air bubble, so it only allows a little air to penetrate. Air acoustic noise limit is 26 db; Heat insulation performance is 12.5 R

B. Light weight. The tare weight of 1 inch thick PU is only 0.2 pound/m2, which is only 1.3% of concrete weight as the same size. So, it saves construction cost.

C. Excellent load-bearing performance. The load-bearing pressure of 1 inch thick PU is 25 pound/m2.

D. Excellent water proof performance

E. The dimension of sandwich panel is optional.  Length, width and thickness is chose as customer requirement

F. Corrugation shape and layout is also made as customer requirement.
